Sources said former registrars and members of the council Arun Parashar, BB Singal, Ravindra Chopra, Surinder Salwan and Yashpal Singla had complained to Chief Minister ML Khattar and Health Minister Anil Vij against HSPC president Dhanesh Adlakha in this regard.

After this, the investigation of the case was handed over to Prabhjot Singh, managing director, National Health Mission, Haryana.

Sources added that Arun Parashar, BB Singal. Ravindra Chopra, Surindra Salwan, Yashpal Singla and KC Goyal had recorded their statements during the investigation in the case. These members had stated that no minutes of any council meeting were being sent and even the members did not get information about the status of the pending applications from the council office. Besides, the files were being manipulated.
