Covid-19: 15 deaths, 76 Covid cases in 24 hours in Haryana

With 15 deaths in the past 24 hours and 76 fresh cases, the Covid tally of the state has reached 7.69 lakh.

Two deaths each were reported from Gurugram and Hisar, and one each from Panipat, Panchkula, Kurukshetra, Yamunanagar, Sirsa, Bhiwani, Jhajjar, Palwal, Fatehabad, Kaithal and Jind. The maximum fresh cases came from Gurugram at 14, followed by 10 from Palwal and nine from Bhiwani. With 148 recoveries, the active cases have come down to 1,293.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
