During the stay, a ration card was issued on the spot to beneficiary Bansi Lal, who expressed gratitude to the district administration and Haryana government. Dr Bharti said the initiative aims to understand grassroots problems firsthand and make solutions easily accessible. Officials were instructed to take timely action on every complaint and keep complainants updated on progress. The DC also inspected various government department stalls, gathering information from staff about welfare schemes, subsidies, pensions, education, and health services. Villagers were encouraged to fully utilise available government welfare programmes.
