Dr Amit Arya has been appointed Vice-Chancellor of Dada Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts, Rohtak, for a period of three years. Earlier, Arya, a former journalist, also served as media adviser to former Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar. His appointment orders were issued by Governor Bandaru Dattatraya yesterday.
