The Haryana Government has joined the Nationwide Digital Life Certificate Campaign 4.0 (NWDLC) launched by the Government of India, running from November 1 to November 30, to provide greater ease and convenience to pensioners in submitting their Digital Life Certificates (DLCs).

CG Rajini Kaanthan, Director General, Treasuries & Accounts Department, Haryana, said the initiative aims to simplify the process for pensioners and ensure timely pension disbursal. “For effective implementation and coordination of the campaign, the Joint Director, Pension Disbursement Cell (PDC), Panchkula, Rakesh Rathee, has been designated as the State Nodal Officer, while all Treasury Officers of Haryana, including Chandigarh, have been appointed as Sub-Nodal Officers for their respective districts,” he stated.
