Karnal: Wrestler Sanju brings laurels to KVA DAV College for Women

Karnal: The KVA DAV College for Women felicitated its student wrestling champion, Sanju, for bagging silver medal in the Junior World Wrestling Championship in a small ceremony on wednesday. The wrestling championship was held in Russia between August 16 and 22. Earlier, Sanju had brought laurels to the college by winning the coveted gold medal in the Junior National Wrestling Championship held at Bellary, Karnataka between March 19 and 21. She also bagged the silver medal in the 23rd St National Wrestling Championship organised by the Wrestling Federation of India at Agra between January 30 and 31.
