Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has directed the officers concerned to ensure that the process of making payment of the premiums paid under the Mukhya Mantri Parivar Samridhi Yojana should be implemented in a phased manner.

The Chief Minister was presiding over the review meeting regarding the yojana held here today.

Khattar said under the scheme, premium of various welfare schemes, including Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samaan Nidhi Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Laghu Vyapari Maan-Dhan Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan-Dhan Yojana, is paid from the amount of Rs 6,000 that is given to every family.

He said last year, the benefit of this scheme was sent directly to the bank accounts of the eligible families.

The CM said the state government was dedicated to ensuring economic uplift and financial empowerment of every family in the state.

Khattar gave directions to the officers concerned to implement these schemes.

He said to get the benefit of these schemes, it should be ensured that bank accounts of the families who don’t have these should be opened at the earliest.
