Sonepat: A 26-year-old factory worker killed his wife by slashing her neck with a shaving blade after an altercation at their house in Saidpur village here on Thursday night. Devsati (22) died on the spot. Rambir, who is from Mohanpura village in Pilibhit district of UP, also cut his neck with the same blade and is in a critical condition. OC
