The police have issued a fresh traffic advisory for the people travelling from Faridabad to Delhi and Palwal.

The main highway passing from the Badarpur border is open to private vehicles. However, commuters will have to use alternative routes while travelling towards Palwal due to a blockade near Gadpuri on NH-19.

According to a police spokesperson, people travelling from Faridabad towards Palwal and Mathura on NH-19 should use the Kaili Bypass Road, KGP Expressway from IMT Chowk, Machhagar village and Chhainsa Road. Besides, they should use Kaili Bypass Road, Tigaon Road towards Mohna village, Palwal, and Alawalpur Road.

People travelling from Palwal towards Faridabad should use KGP Expressway, Faridabad Bypass Road from IMT Chowk via Chhainsa Cut towards Atali via Dayalpur village.

Besides, they should use Alawalpur Chowk in Palwal, Faridabad Bypass Road from Chhainsa village via Mohna Road and Tigaon Road.

People travelling from Faridabad to Delhi on NH-19 can use Prahladpur Border Road from Ankhir Chowk, Surajkund Road via Badkhal flyover.

Those travelling from Noida and Delhi towards Faridabad can use the Kalindi Kunj route towards Canal Road via New Sehatpur Bridge and Bypass road.

The police have released helpline numbers — 9582200138 and 0129-2267201 — for assistance related to the traffic movement in the city.
