Khadgata said the MCG Joint Commissioner had informed him about someone using his picture and name on a WhatsApp account, seeking ‘war donations’. In wake of India-Pakistan tensions, NCR cyber criminals are having a field day trying to fool people into making donations for the Army, and stealing people’s data.
