A demolition squad of the Town and Country Planning Department demolished two farmhouses being built illegally and in violation of specific orders of the Punjab and Haryana High Court on the outskirts of Rohtak city today.

Rohtak District Town Planner (DTP) Mandeep Sihag said these farmhouses had come up in de-licensed land of Omaxe City in a green belt even after the stay orders on the construction passed by the High Court, and were hence demolished.
