In a bid to ensure the physical wellbeing of its officers, the Faridabad police would require all personnel aged 35 and above to undergo regular health checkups and carry health cards to confirm their fitness for duty. The announcement was made by Superintendent of Police (SP) Chander Mohan during a special health camp held at the police lines.

SP Mohan emphasised the importance of maintaining the health of police personnel. While the initiative is part of a state-level directive issued by Haryana’s Director General of Police (DGP) Shatrujit Singh Kapoor, Mohan said the process of issuing health cards had already begun. A total of 82 police officers, across various ranks, have already undergone their checkups.
