The Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department has invited applications for agricultural machinery under the Crop Residue Management Scheme for 2024–25. Interested farmers can apply online on the department’s official website by August 4. Deputy Director of Agriculture Sukhdev Singh said farmers would receive a 50 per cent subsidy on equipment such as super seeder, straw master, straw baler, and happy seeder under the scheme.
