Food inspector caught taking bribe

Inspector Vivek was detained during a raid at Tarkanwali village by the ACB team. According to the complaint, Vivek had allegedly demanded Rs 5,000 for preparing a favourable inspection report of the village ration depot.
On Wednesday, the inspector allegedly called the depot holder again for money. The depot holder directed him to collect cash from a private tile factory at the village. After Vivek accepted the cash, the ACB team matched his fingerprints on the notes and arrested him.
Inspector Satyawan, head of Sirsa ACB team, said, “We have caught the inspector red-handed while taking the bribe.”
