In another complaint filed by Kripal Singh, a resident of Kharindwa village, regarding the wrongful issuance of a No Dues Certificate (NDC), the minister directed the Deputy Commissioner to take action against the official responsible for issuing the incorrect NDC.

Bansilal and Ramesh Kumar raised a complaint stating they had been working as security guards at the Gymkhana Club for 18 years, but were being paid only Rs 10,000 per month instead of Rs 18,000. They claimed they were being forced to sign receipts for the higher amount and threatened with termination if they raised objections. In response, the minister instructed the General Manager of the Gymkhana Club to investigate the matter, ensure the pending dues were cleared and guarantee full payment of salaries in future.

During the meeting, the minister handed over a cash amount of Rs 7,500 from his own pocket to an elderly woman to help pay an electricity fine. He said that if an elderly, needy person is living without power for the want of Rs 7,500, then it becomes the duty of every capable citizen to step forward and assist. He added that the BJP government has always followed the principle of Antyodaya, uplifting the most marginalised.
