Following the directions of SP Bhupender Singh, the cyber team immediately raided a house and arrested Vipul Chopra along with his associate Sunny.

The DSP said during preliminary investigation, it was revealed that the accused had appointed an agent in the field to lure youths to online gaming. They would create IDs of the youths, take money from them and sent them links for downloading games. The users would download fun games. The accused had full control over these games through a software. The person playing the game was sure to lose 80-90% times.
