Haryana Governor Prof Ashim Kumar Ghosh and his wife Mitra Ghosh visited Government Model Sanskriti Primary School at Sector 3 in Rohtak on Monday. They were accompanied by Rohtak Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta and other officers of the district administration and the Education Department.
They visited Nipun Vatika, a new initiative of the district administration, on the school campus and took stock of the facilities available there. The Governor announced a grant of Rs 5 lakh from his voluntary fund for the school. The district administration has promoted digital teaching and learning at Nipun Vatika.

He inspected toilets, drinking-water facilities, water-tanks and seating arrangements at the school and also interacted with the teachers.
