Highlighting the Parivar Pehchan Patra initiative, Nagar called it a hallmark of the Digital India movement, which reduces human interference to combat corruption and simplifies access to government services. “Under Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini’s leadership, e-governance tools have ensured citizens benefit from facilities at home and have their problems addressed promptly. Policies like the online teacher transfer system and transparency in job allocation are strong examples of good governance,” he added.

Former Minister of State Subhash Sudha also spoke about the positive impact of Digital India and noted that over 12 lakh complaints have been resolved through the CM Window. He highlighted the government’s achievements across various sectors, including support for farmers, youth, and women.

Minister Nagar honored departments and employees for exemplary work during the event. The Education Department secured first place, followed by Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UHBVN) and the Zila Parishad.

Paying tribute to Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Nagar concluded by urging officials to work diligently to ensure citizens do not face repeated hurdles in accessing services. “The government is working with the spirit of Antyodaya, aiming to deliver the benefits of welfare schemes to the last person in the queue,” he said.
