This state-of-the-art portal will digitally track and monitor all activities related to the distribution of AYUSH medicines across the state. The objective of this system is to ensure the timely, quality and transparent supply of AYUSH medicines to the general public.
Rao stated that transparency and accountability would now be ensured in the distribution of AYUSH medicines in Haryana. The availability of medicines will be monitored digitally, enabling essential medicines to reach all districts in a timely manner. She said this portal would strengthen and enhance the efficiency of the Health Department’s administrative system.
One of the key features of the portal is the ability to track every medicine under a transparent distribution system. In addition, the availability of medicines can be viewed in real-time through live stock updates.
This secure and reliable portal offers full data protection and a robust communication system.
She further noted that the Haryana Government is consistently working towards the promotion of AYUSH medical systems and their effective implementation on a scientific basis. “This digital portal is a concrete step towards that very commitment,” Rao said. The entire system is being operated by the AYUSH Department, Haryana and will be implemented in a phased manner across all districts of the state. Citizens will no longer face uncertainty regarding the availability of medicines, as this digital and transparent system will ensure timely and reliable services.
“The AYUSH Drug Inventory Management System is not just a digital tool, but a transformational reform that bridges the gap between traditional medicine and modern governance,” said the Health Minister.
She added that the initiative aligns with the Government of India’s Digital India mission and reflects Haryana’s dedication to smart governance in healthcare delivery.
