The new system will provide senior officers with real-time information from the police, fire, ambulance, prison and other critical wings under the Home Department via a single platform. The CM described the initiative as an important milestone that will improve coordination, streamline efficiency, and support faster decision-making across the department.

The integrated platform brings together key systems such as the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems (CCTNS), Dial-112 emergency response, e-Prison, e-Challan, Forensic Science Laboratory, and other allied platforms. The CM has also directed officers to incorporate e-Summon and e-Challan into the dashboard.

The CM commended the live monitoring of all 20 of Haryana’s prisons through the new dashboard and said it will enable officers to plan inmate transfers, expansion requirements, and decongestion measures. The CM said such real-time tracking will support more informed and timely administrative actions.

Haryana Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Sumita Misra apprised that between July 1, 2024 and November 30 this year, the Dashboard recorded a total of 1,78,038 FIRs. Out of these, 1,32,790 cases have already been disposed of, reflecting a disposal rate of 74.58%. In emergency response, the police now average a response time of 11 minutes and 54 seconds, with dispatch occurring within 7 minutes and 36 seconds. Ambulance services are, on average, reaching citizens in 23 minutes and 49 seconds. This has contributed to timely medical assistance and improved outcomes, she added. Misra said by using real-time data from all 24 police districts and 413 police stations, the platform will allow for performance-based ranking of police stations. This will further strengthen accountability and improve performance.
