The Congress has reposed its faith in all three sitting MLAs- Bhupinder Singh Hooda (Garhi Sampla Kiloi), Bharat Bhushan Batra (Rohtak) and Shakuntla Khatak (Kalanaur) while it has pitted Balram Dangi, son of former minister and senior Congress leader Anand Singh Dangi, from Meham. It will be Balram’s debut assembly election.

Similarly, the BJP has introduced new faces on three constituencies of the district. Manju Hooda, chairperson of Zila Parishad, will take on Hooda and Renu Dabla, former Chairperson of Rohtak municipal corporation, will try her fortune from Kalanaur (Reserve) while former Indian kabaddi skipper Deepak Niwas Hooda will fight from Meham.

As per information, Hooda would also address a public meeting at the Congress office in Rohtak and Sampla.
