Aman of Bahadurgarh and Hardik of Lakhan Majra had died in separate mishaps as basketball poles fell on them during practice sessions.
The Chief Minister has announced a financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh for the families of each deceased.
"The Haryana Government stands with the family members of the deceased youngsters in this period of grief,” he said in a statement.
Saini has also ordered a thorough inspection of all sports facilities in the state.
Stating that the safety and security of the sportspersons was the top priority of the government, the Chief Minister has directed the Department of Sports to carry out proper repair and maintenance of the sports facilities.
He has told the officers concerned to ensure that such mishaps do not take place again.
