The deceased has been identified as Radha Mann of Dhindholi village in Jind district.

Thousands of farmers have been camping at Delhi borders to demand the repeal of the three contentious farm laws. They claim that the new laws have left them at the mercy of corporates and will weaken the minimum support price (MSP) system. The government, however, has presented the laws as “major agricultural reforms”.
