In a significant meeting held at a private hotel on Hisar Road, Haryana’s Social Justice Minister Krishan Kumar Bedi and Food & Supply Minister Rajesh Nagar discussed the development plans for the city. The ministers were welcomed by BJP state committee member Manish Singla on their arrival. During the visit, both ministers also met former Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal. Manish Singla presented the ministers with a traditional scarf.

Prof Ganeshi Lal and Manish Singla emphasised that the BJP government was committed to bringing transparency. They also assured the attendees that the government was focusing on ensuring the benefits of public welfare schemes reach the most remote areas of the state. Prof Ganeshi Lal shared the city’s key issues with the ministers and presented demands related to their respective departments.

The gathering observed a two-minute silence in memory of former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh.
