Prof Maha Singh Poonia, Director of the Institute of Mass Communication and Media Technology, shared that podcast interviews will be conducted at the pavilion for the first time. Special guests and dignitaries visiting the venue will be interviewed and these sessions will later be shared on Kurukshetra University’s social media platforms. A dedicated space has been created for the podcast segment, where visitors will speak about Haryana’s folk art, culture and heritage.

Prof Vivek Chawla, Director of Youth and Cultural Affairs, said two selfie points are being set up this year. One will feature the majestic Virat Swaroop of Lord Krishna, expected to draw both visitors and devotees, while the other will highlight Haryanvi folk art and culture. Traditional huts and cultural artefacts of Haryana will also be displayed, offering tourists a glimpse into the state’s rural heritage and artistic traditions.

Deputy Director of Public Relations, Dr Jimmy Sharma, said the Haryana Pavilion will also promote the vision of a self-reliant and developed India by showcasing indigenous products crafted.
