Raising the issue of Haryana suffering a significant setback in the rankings of Swachh Survekshan, former Union minister and Sirsa MP Kumari Selja said that the Haryana government claims to have developed the state, but the heaps of garbage in every city show the real picture of a ‘developed’ Haryana.
