Vice-Chancellor Prof Narsi Ram Bishnoi called it a landmark moment for the university and for Haryana, crediting the achievement to the collective efforts of the faculty, researchers, students, staff, and alumni. He said the ranking reflects GJUST’s commitment to innovation, high-quality research, and its growing role in shaping students into global citizens and future leaders.

He explained that established three decades ago, GJUST has outperformed many older and more established institutions across the country, marking a significant milestone in its journey of academic excellence. He stated that the university had also earned recognition in several national categories, including Pharmacy (49th rank), and has been placed in ranking bands for Engineering (201–300), Management (102–125), and University category (101–150).

Prof Bishnoi further claimed that the university’s performance in NIRF 2025 highlighted its focus on interdisciplinary learning, research, and collaboration with industry.
