HSVP services get time-bound deadlines; possession certificates for plots in 3 days

According to a notification issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, the possession certificate for plots will now be issued within three days. The site demarcation process must be completed in four days, while DPC certification will be issued within five days.
The Junior Engineer has been designated as the officer responsible for delivering these services, while the Sub-Divisional Engineer (Survey) has been appointed as the first grievance redressal authority, and the Estate Officer as the second-level grievance redressal authority.
Time limits have also been set for essential maintenance services. These include five days for repairing water supply lines, low water pressure issues, sewer line blockages, sewerage manhole repairs, storm water drain (SWD) blockages, SWD manhole repairs, and cleaning of roads or berms.
Pothole repairs are to be completed within ten days, streetlight repairs within three days, and maintenance of parks, green belts, and roadside horticulture within seven days.
