IGNOU opens re-registration for courses till January 31

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has opened the re-registration process for all undergraduate and postgraduate courses for the January 2025 session. Students who enrolled in various IGNOU programmes in January 2024 must complete their re-registration by January 31, 2025.

An official spokesperson stated that students enrolled in semester-based courses, such as MBA, MCA, M.Com and BCA, during the July 2024 session are required to re-register for their upcoming semester. Additionally, students who began their first or second years of undergraduate programmes in January 2024 must re-register to progress to the second and third years in January 2025.

Students can complete the re-registration process through the official IGNOU website.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
