Sirsa: As per the directives of the Haryana State Legal Services Authority, Panchkula, a National Lok Adalat will be organised on September 14 at the court complexes in Sirsa, Dabwali and Ellenabad. Individuals can apply for getting their cases settled either personally or through their advocates. Pravesh Singla, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority and Chief Judicial Magistrate, said the Lok Adalats were periodically held following the instructions from the Haryana State Legal Services Authority. He explained that the Lok Adalat process was simple and straightforward, where cases were resolved with the mutual consent of both parties. Decisions made in the Lok Adalat were final and could not be appealed, leading to a permanent resolution of disputes between the parties.
