The Income Tax department has been conducting a raid at the offices of two mining firms operating in the Atela Kalan mining zone of Charkhi Dadri district on Tuesday.

The raid began this morning and is still ongoing. As a result, mining operations have been halted and a large number of trucks are stuck in the area.

The office is located near the mining zone. According to initial reports, the Income Tax team, led by Deputy Director Vikas Jakhar, arrived in Charkhi Dadri.

They are currently raiding the offices of two mining companies. CRPF personnel have been deployed at the site, and no outsiders are being allowed to enter the office premises.

A team of 22 people is involved in the raid, reports say. Additionally, CRPF personnel have been deployed outside the residence of the mining company's operator in Charkhi Dadri town. Sources indicate that there could be another raid at the residence of the firm owners as well.
