Rohtak Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairman of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Dharmender Singh has said online applications have been invited for admissions to Class VI at the school for the academic session 2026-27.

“The last date to apply for admissions is July 29,” he said, adding that the entrance examination would be held on December 13.

In a statement issued here on Tuesday, Singh said Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya was a fully residential school functioning under the Union Ministry of Education.

“All students are provided education, food, uniform and other daily-use products free of cost. Separate hostels are available for boys and girls,” said the DC. Eligible candidates can apply online or contact the administration of the school, at Ghuskani village in the district. A photograph and an Aadhaar card of the candidate are required to apply online. Signatures of the candidates and their guardians also have to be uploaded.

For admissions to Class VI, candidates should have been born between May 1, 2014, and July 31, 2016 (both dates inclusive). For online application, eligible students can apply on the website https://cbseitms.rcil.gov.in/nvs.
