Karnal MLA Jagmohan Anand on Friday appreciated the Budget presented by Chief Minister and Finance Minister Nayab Singh Saini and described it as ‘Nayab’ (exceptional) Budget, emphasising every word in the Budget was dedicated to the hardworking people of Haryana who had continuously supported the BJP for the past 10 years. He said this while interacting with mediapersons at the party’s office, Karna Kamal.

Anand credited former CM Manohar Lal Khattar for laying the foundation of governance based on transparency and merit, which, according to him, had resulted in the formation of a "triple-engine government" for the third consecutive time.

Highlighting the Budget’s focus, Anand said the most significant announcement was the fulfillment of a key BJP election promise—the Lado Lakshmi Yojana, under the scheme, Rs 2,100 per month would be provided to eligible women, with a budgetary allocation of Rs 5,000 crore to ensure its implementation.

He said CM Saini had worked in the spirit of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas”, ensuring welfare measures for every section of society. Several commitments from the BJP’s Sankalp Patra (manifesto) had been fulfilled, and work was progressing on other promises.

Addressing the concerns about the future of youth, Anand asserted that the BJP government was committed to providing better opportunities and ensuring job security for young people. He said several initiatives in the Budget catered specifically to the empowerment of the youth and skill development.
