The SKM today reiterated that its proposed Parliament protest on all days of the ongoing Monsoon Session would be carried out as per plan.
‘Kisan sansad’ would be organised at Jantar Mantar by 200 protesters every day. Farmers would showcase how deliberative democratic processes are to be run to strengthen Indian democracy, said a joint press release issued by Balbir Singh Rajewal, Dr Darshan Pal, Hannan Mollah, Jagjit Singh Dallewal, Joginder Singh Ugrahan, Shivkumar Sharma ‘Kakkaji’, Yudhvir Singh and Yogendra Yadav on Tuesday.
The SKM has also stated that any violation of discipline will not be tolerated,” said the press release. — TNS
