Chawla urged students to focus on improving their writing and speaking styles to better utilise their creativity.

IMCMT Director Maha Singh Poonia said the documentary competition, jointly organised by the Department of Youth and Cultural Affairs and the media institute, witnessed the participation of over 22 teams representing various colleges and universities across the state.

Through the competition, the university aimed to provide students with a platform to showcase their talents in documentary filmmaking, helping them aspire to become future directors, actors, photographers or scriptwriters, he added.
