The national general secretary of the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD), Abhay Singh Chautala, said the state was under the rule of anarchists and that it had resulted in the complete collapse of the law and order in Haryana.

He said this while addressing party workers at his residence today. During the meeting, he heard the grievances of the general public and instructed administrative officials to resolve their problems.

Chautala said there had been an increase in the cases of extortion and shooting, adding that it highlighted a situation of lawlessness in the state. He urged the state government that it should take full control of the law and order to ensure that all citizens worked freely.

He also called upon the party workers to start preparing for the upcoming Assembly poll and said the INLD-BSP alliance would receive people’s support and form the government in Haryana.
