Representatives of all five projects — located in Sector 63A, 68, 95, 103 and 104 — attended the meeting. Kumar had inspected the sites of all these five projects on Wednesday.

Allottees of Mahira Homes in Sector 68 said the project was registered with the RERA way back in 2017, yet it was still incomplete. They added that only 60 per cent of the construction was done.

They said since they had already paid almost the full amount to the builder, the project should be completed soon and the units should be handed over to them. Meanwhile, allottees of other projects, where construction has made little progress, demanded a roadmap from the authority.
