Man gets 20-year jail for sexual assault on minor
Additional District Judge (ADJ) Ajay Prashar has sentenced a man, convicted in the case of sexual assault on a minor girl, to 20 years in jail and also imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on him in Bhiwani district.
The accused identified as Kaptan, a resident of Kirawar village in Bhiwani district, lured the minor girl and took her to an isolated place where she was sexually assaulted by him.
A case was registered at the Tosham police station after the incident last year under Sections 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and Sections 363, 366, 323 and 506 of the IPC.
