The court has also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on the convict.
According to the police, they received information on August 6, 2020, at the Sohna city police station in connection with an attack in a fight at Band Colony. Following this, a police team reached the spot and found a man, identified as Bablu, a native of Navera village in Rajasthan’s Bharatpur district in an injured condition. He was rushed to hospital, where he died during treatment.
The deceased’s son filed a complaint with the police and stated that he, along with his family, had come to meet Pappu, alias Chuha, in Band Colony, where during an argument, Pappu stabbed his father, who died during treatment. Following the complaint, an FIR was registered. While investigating, the police arrested the accused Pappu in Uttar Pradesh. He was sent to judicial custody after being produced in court.
After arresting him, the police team investigated the case thoroughly and collected all necessary evidence and witnesses against the accused and presented them in the court.
