Man kills 2 daughters, hangs self in Faridabad

A 30-year-old man, identified as Nikhil Goswami, on Thursday hanged himself after killing his two minor daughters at his house in Sector 8, Ballabhgarh, in Faridabad. Initial investigation revealed that the deceased was depressed due to the death of his wife during childbirth a month and a half ago. Police spokesperson Yashpal Singh said that no suicide note was found from the spot.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
