High drama was witnessed outside the residence of Haryana Tourism Minister Arvind Sharma after one of his staff members allegedly "misbehaved" with a Class IV employee. By evening, the matter was resolved after the staff member apologised to the "aggrieved" employee at the intervention of the minister's wife. The employee also clarified that the issue had been blown out of proportion and that it was only an "argument".

Sources said that the staff member rebuked the Class IV employee, who works at the minister's house, over work. The matter escalated when other Class IV employees arrived at the minister's official residence in support of the employee who claimed that a member of the minister's staff had "misbehaved" with her.

As the numbers expressing solidarity with the employee grew, sources said that the minister's wife intervened and asked the staffer to apologise. Once the apology was made, a video of the Class IV employee was released in which she said that an argument had taken place but the matter was resolved amicably after a member of the minister's family stepped in.
