Is it arbitrary? HC to decide

The High Court will adjudicate whether the suspension of mobile internet services was arbitrary and “a measure of collective punishment for crores so they do not exercise their right to freedom of speech and expression”. The HC will also decide whether the suspension of internet services was violation of fundamental right of the petitioners. TNS
