He further said his father lived on the ground floor and he along with his wife and children lived on the first floor of the house. He said when he reached his house at about 10 pm, his father was having dinner and watching TV in his room.

“This morning when I came down from the first floor of his house to drop his kids to their school, there was blood flowing outside the door of my father’s room,” the complainant told the police. He said he went inside the room and saw that his father was lying on the floor in a pool of blood. “Many cases related to properties of my father are pending/sub-judice in the court. Therefore some people had a grudge against him and we suspect that someone has murdered him,” the complainant told the police.
