Nationalist Congress Party, Loktantra Suraksha Party forge alliance
With the Haryana Assembly elections approaching, political activities are intensifying as alliances between parties are taking shape. In this series, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), Loktantra Suraksha Party (LSP) and Bharatiya Veer Dal announced their alliance.
NCP state president Maratha Virendra Verma, LSP president former MP Raj Kumar Saini and Vijay Kasana of Bhartiya Veer Dal announced the alliance. Verma is contesting from the Assandh seat, while Saini is contesting from Indri. The state president of Bharatiya Veer Dal is contesting from Panchkula.
The alliance has heated up the political activities. However, the true outcome will only be known after the election results on October 8.
Announcing the alliance Saini, while interacting with mediapersons, said the alliance had supported the INDIA bloc during the last Lok Sabha elections. “We are fighting for the rights of the common people. This alliance is built on the spirit of struggle and mutual support,” said Saini, confirming that they would support each other on these seats.
Verma claimed that the alliance candidates would win on all three seats.
