The Yamunanagar-Jagadhri Inner Wheel Club, a social organisation, recently marked the commencement of its new session. The newly elected president, Sweety Anand, officially assumed responsibilities, and introduced her executive team — Ragini Vinayak, Garima Dheermaan, Nidhi Garg, Parul Khanna and Amrita Gupta — at the event. Doctors’ Day and CA Day were marked during the programme.

Anand said the act not only reflected respect for these vital pillars of the community, but also highlighted the club’s commitment to social awareness and appreciation.

The presence of over 70 club members had made the event all the more vibrant, Anand added.

She said, following the event, the club took a step towards community welfare by celebrating Annapurna Diwas (Day of Nourishment).
