The accused marked their presence in the court. While jailed dera chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim attended court’s proceedings through video conferencing, two other accused Pankaj Garg and MP Singh were physically present in the court. The court fixed December 18 as the next date of hearing in the case.

Ram Rahim Singh, who is serving jail term in rape cases, has been charged with castration. It had been alleged that they castrated men at the Sirsa-based dera, telling the victims that it would lead to realisation of God through the dera head.
