Indira Chakravarty College of Home Science, Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (HAU), Hisar, has secured 42nd rank in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) rankings released by the Union Ministry of Education for 2022 on Friday.

The college has been ranked first in Haryana.

University Vice Chancellor Prof BR Kamboj said the home science college had been making it to the top 50 institutes for three years. He congratulated the faculty, students and other staff.

Dean Dr Manju Mahta said the quality in teaching and research work had helped the college to get recognition at national level. “We will continue our efforts to achieve the number one ranking in the country in future as well,” she added.
