Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini reiterated his government’s strict stance against criminals and wrongdoings in the state, saying there is no place for criminals in Haryana.

He stated this while interacting with mediapersons on the sidelines of the 75th Van Mahotsav in the city on Saturday. He said that anyone involved in criminal activities would not be spared.

On being asked about the recent STF’s step of encountering shooters of Bhanu gang, Saini emphasised that there’s no place for criminals in Haryana. They would be dealt with strictly.

On the Congress’ ‘padyatra’ — Haryana Mange Hisab — from Karnal on July 15, Saini targeted former CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda and his son Deepender Hooda and said that instead of doing this, they should at least provide an account of their own tenure. “I will present a booklet to Bhupinder Hooda detailing what was achieved during his 10-year tenure which reflects discrimination with different areas,” he said.

Saini said the Congress yatra would only feature the father and son duo, with no one else being visible.
