Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij said that nine faculty posts for conducting Diplomate National Board (DNB) / Doctorate of Medicine (DM) courses in the Department of Paediatrics Pulmonology and Intensive Care of PGIMS, Rohtak, have been created.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has given approval in this regard.

Vij said that these nine posts include one post of senior professor, two posts of teacher and six posts of senior resident. He said that these posts would incur an amount of Rs 1.25 crore per year.

The Health Minister said that the Paediatrics Department at PGIMS, Rohtak, needed these posts to conduct DNB/DM courses. The other necessary infrastructure is available in the Paediatrics Department.
