This decision was made after receiving applications from builders and no-objections within the stipulated time frame.
The primary goal of the revised plan is to improve traffic flow and the availability of basic civic amenities in the area. The plan realigns the main and secondary roads. Officials say this will ease traffic between sectors and reduce congestion.
Land allocation for essential amenities such as parks, schools, hospitals, water supply, sewerage, electricity, and markets can now be more pragmatically allocated.
These sectors are being developed in accordance with the provisions of the Master Plan 2031. The old plan presented problems with road alignment and land use in some areas. This change is expected to alleviate the difficulties faced by local residents and real estate developers.
With improved connectivity to the Dwarka Expressway and Pataudi Highway, these areas are becoming investment hotspots.
